Classic Grilled Meatballs (Izgara Köfte)
Traditional mom-style meatballs that stay intact, juicy, and perfectly seasoned.
Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 1 grated onion (juice squeezed out)
- 2 slices of crumbled stale bread crumb
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt, black pepper
Instructions

Thoroughly knead all the ingredients in a deep bowl for about 10 minutes until well combined.

Tear off pieces of the meatball mixture, shape them into ovals, and let them rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Cook on a grill or a lightly oiled pan until browned on both sides.
